How You Can Enter

Two ways to ride the day.

Option 1

Dressage only

Compete in the dressage phase alone using the 2026 USEA Dressage Test A — a strong option if you’re building confidence or focusing on flatwork.

Option 2

Full derby

Dressage, then stadium jumps set in the field, followed by an abridged cross country course — the complete Harvester Hill derby experience.

Levels

From Green as Grass through Preliminary.

Ribbons are awarded 1st through 6th place. Choose the level that fits you and your horse:

Dressage Test

2026 USEA Dressage Test A

The Fall Derby uses the current USEA dressage test for the year. Review the official tests before you enter so you and your horse arrive prepared.

Derby Format

Stadium in the field, then XC.

After dressage, the derby portion includes stadium jumps set on the schooling field, followed by an abridged cross country track — real terrain without a full-length course.

  • Stadium questions on sloping ground
  • Abridged cross country to finish
  • STEA-recognized schooling show
Prepare

School here before you show here.

The best way to feel ready on November 8 is to book a schooling session on the same ground. Walk the questions, ride the slope, and arrive on show day already knowing the field.
